I'M UNSURE ABOUT MY SIZE
We provide a free service for every customer to help them find their size for each item we sell. Simply add your measurements to the notes section on your order in your cart and we will check it what you’ve ordered is the right size before we ship it.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
The first thing to do is to check the tracking link on your order status page. The order status page is accessible from your order confirmation email. If your tracking link does not appear to work please read this.
HOW TO CONVERT ASIAN SIZE TO EU/US SIZE?
Asian sizes tend to be about 2 to 3 sizes smaller than EU/US sizes. If you are a customer that is used to EU or US sizes, we recommend you choose a size 2 sizes larger.
I CAN'T TRACK MY ORDER
After your order has been shipped it usually takes about 3 - 5 days until the package shows up in the carriers system. If you are unable to track your package after this time please try this:
1. Go to your order status page (accessible from your order confirmation mail)
2. Copy your tracking number (it usually has the format of LM000002211CN)
3. Go to Parcels, and paste your tracking code there.
If you are unable to track your package from there, please message us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will look into it for you.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER
Don’t worry. If your order hasn’t arrived yet and is outside of the estimated time frame provided by us kindly send us an email to email@example.com.
Since we provide a full delivery guarantee for each and every order we will either reship your order if your package is lost, or offer you a full refund.
IS THERE A DELIVERY GUARANTEE?
We provide a full delivery guarantee. If your item isn’t received or you have received the wrong item, you have 2 options. We can provide you with a free re-ship or a full refund. Each order will have a date before which it should have arrived with you.
DO I RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?
Yes, you will receive an invoice for your order along with your order confirmation email. (PDF ready to download or view)
MY DELIVERY IS LATE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please be patient. Sometimes tracking might appear as if your package isn't moving, however, the system only updates larger steps of the package like the arrival at destination country and delivery.
If you haven't received your order in the estimated delivery time, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it.
I RECEIVED MY ITEM BUT IT'S TOO SMALL/LARGE
You have two options. We can send you the same item in a different size for a fraction of the original cost or you can send the item back to us and we will exchange it for free.
I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM
You can return any item up to 30 days after the order has been received. All items must be unused and in their original condition. Learn more here.
WHY CAN'T I APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE?
There might be a few reasons why you can’t apply your discount code. Firstly, there can only be either a gift or a discount applied to your order. If your order contains a gift, you can’t use a discount code. Secondly, you might already have an active discount in your cart. For example, buy two get one for 50% off.
To use your discount code you need to remove any free items or already applied discount codes.
